موضوع : در خواست حمایت از جعفر عظیم زاده و محمود صالحی
دوستان و رفقا، کارگران و انقلابیون، ما کارگران ایران خود را بخشی
از طبقه کارگر جهانی می دانیم و در این جهت تلاش می کنیم تا همبستگی جهانی طبقه کارگر ممکن شود ، همچنین ما اطلاع داریم کارگران کشور های مختلف بار
ها ار مبارزات کارگران ایران دفاع و حمایت کردند ما ضمن تشکر و قدر دانی اعلام می
داریم اکنون رفقای ما در ایران برخی زندانی هستند و برخی در انتظار شروع اجرای حکم
به سر می برند که نیاز به حمایت های گسترده جهانی دارند، از جمله کارگرانی که نیاز
فوری به حمایت دارند عبارتند از : جعفر عظیم زاده و محمود صالحی ،
1- جعفر عظیم زاده ،
جعفر عظیم زاده کارگر جوش کار است
، او رئیس اتحادیه آزاد کارگران ایران می باشد به دلیل فعالیت برای تشکیل اتحادیه
و دفاع از حقوق کارگران ایران به شش سال زندان محکوم شده است و اکنون در زندان
اوین بسر میبرد. در این رابطه کارگران ایران "کمپین برای آزادی جعفر عظیم
زاده" تشکیل دادند برای گسترش کمپین فوق و رسیدن به هدف نیاز به کمک و حمایت همه
کارگران دارند.
در حکم کتبی دادگاه علیه جعفر عظیم زاده جرایم او چنین فرمولبندی شده است
" اقدام علیه امنیت ملی، بر هم زدن نظم عمومی و تبلیغ علیه نظام جمهوری
اسلامی، تشکیل اتحادیه آزاد کارگران ایران، اتحادیه سراسری کارگران اخراجی و
بیکار، کمیته پیگیری ایجاد تشکلهای آزاد کارگری، سازماندهی طومار اعتراضی چهل هزار
نفری کارگران، تجمعات در مقابل مجلس و وزارت کار حول همین طومار با خواست افزایش
دستمزد، مدیریت و شرکت در تجمعات و اعتصابات کارگری، شکایت از مسئولین صندوق
سازمان تامین اجتماعی، نشست و برخاست با دیگر تشکلهای کارگری، سازمان دادن و شرکت
در مراسمهای اول ماه مه، شرکت در تجمع جلو مجلس شورای اسلامی و اداره کار در تهران
و...ـ"جعفر عظیم زاده یکی از رهبران شناخته شده کارگری ایران است که تا کنون
چندین بار به جرم فعالیتهای کارگری بازداشت و زندانی شده است.
2 - محمود صالحی ،
محمود صالحی کارگر خباز و عضو هیت مدیره سندیکای خبازان سقز
و عضو کمیته هماهنگی یرای ایجاد تشکل های کارگری است آخرین بار در تاریخ 8
اردیبهشت 1394 در یورشی بی سابقه ماموران اطلاعات به خانه محمود صالحی ریختند و پس از تاراج وسایل شخصی، وی را
بازداشت و به ادره اطلاعات شهر سنندج انتقال دادند . پس از یک ساعت با زدن چشم بند
، گوش بند ، دستنبند و پابند وی را به زندان وزارت اطلاعات در سنندج انتقال دادند.
پس از چند روز بازداشت و اعتراض های مکرر
جهت وضعیت کلیه هایش در شرایطی که به اغما رفته بود در تارخ 6 خردادو پس از
حدود 28روز بازداشت به بیمارستان توحید
سنندج انتقال دادند که پس از دوازده ساعت به هوش امد. نهایتا پس از سه روز بستری
در بیمارستان با قرار کفالت موقتا ازاد شدم. (متاسفانه محمود صالحی هر دو کلیه اش را طی چند سال
گذشته در زندان اطلاعات از دست داده است و
اکنون هر هفته دو بار دیالیز می شود) در دو جلسه دادگاهی در تاریخ 17 و 29 مرداد
1394 در دادگاهی به ریاست قاضی سعیدی به اتهام "عضویت در کومه له ، تبلیغ
علیه نظام ،اقدام علیه امنیت ملی، بر هم زدن نظم
عمومی و عضویت در کمیته هماهنگی برای کمک به ایجاد تشکل های
کارگری، عضویت در کمیته های دفاع ،راه اندازی و شرکت در تجمعات و مراسم های اول
ماه مه ، شرکت در تجمعات مقابل ادرات دولتی ، تشویق به اعتصاب ، برنامه ریزی برای اعتراضات ، ایجاد
تشکل های کارگری ، شرکت در کنفرانس های کارگری در خارج از ایران و ..." محاکمه شد در نهایت در تاریخ
25شهریور 1394 بار دیگر از طرف دادگاه احضار شد و در برگه محکومیت که حتی اجازه
ندادند یک کپی از ان بگیرد به 9 سال حبس
تعذیری محکوم شد، و اکنون با وضعیت بیماری که هر دو کلیه خود را از دست داده است و
هر هفته دو بار دیالیز ی شود در انتظار دستگیری وزندان به سر می برد. لارم به ذکر است که محمود صالحی تاکنون بیش ازچهار
بار بازداشت و زندانی شده است . در جهت دفاع از محمود، کارگران ایران کمیته دفاع
از محمود صالحی را تشکیل دادند که در راستای وظایف تعیین شده و دست یابی به هدف
خود نیاز مبرم به کمک و حمایت طبقه کارگر جهانی دارد.
ما اعضای کمیته حمایت از
شاهرخ زمانی پیشاپیش از حمایت های بی دریغ تمامی کارگران و انقلابیون جهان صمیمانه
تشکر می کنیم و همچنین اعلام می داریم جدا از دو کارگر نامبرده تعدادی از کارگران
و معلمان در زندان بسر می برند از جمله محمد جراحی، سعید شیر زاد ، بهنام ابراهیم
زاده ، مهدی شاندیز ، اسماعیل عبدی ، رسول بداقی ، علی اکبر باغانی ، عبدالرضا قنبری و ... که نیاز به دفاع و حمایت دارد.
کارگر
زندانی ، معلم زندانی آزاد باید گردد.
چاره
زخمتکشان وحدت و تشکیلات است.

Re: request to support two worker activists in
Iran: Jafar Azeemzadeh and Mahmoud Salehi
Dear friends and
comrades,
Workers in Iran
consider themselves a part of the international working class and we are
striving to strengthen the working class solidarity. We are also appreciative
of the International support we have received so far. At the time of writing this letter, several
worker activists are imprisoned. These workers need a world wide support. Among
them, two labour leader’s cases are more
urgent: Jafar Azeemzadeh and Mahmoud Salehi.
1-Jafar Azeemzadeh
Jafar is as welder worker. He is the president of
the Free Union of Iranian Workers. Due to his attempts
to build workers organizations and
promotion of worker’s rights, he has been sentenced to six years of
imprisonment. He is currently serving his term in the notorious prison of Evin
in Teheran.
The so called “court” has
listed the charges of Jafar as follow: “act against national security,
disturbing public order, propaganda against the system of the Islamic Republic, founding the Free Union of Iranian Workers
and the National Union of Laid off and Unemployed Workers, membership in The Committee
to Follow up with Formation of Workers’ Organizations, launching a campaign to collect forty thousand
signatures, organizing a protest in front of the Ministry of Labour and
demanding increased wage for workers; complain against the officials of the
Ministry of Social Services , interaction with workers’ organizations,
organizing and participating in May Day Rallies, participating in protests in
front of the Ministry of Labour and the Parliament.
Jafar Azeemzadeh is
well known labour activists in Iran. He has been arrested and imprisoned many
times in Iran.
2-Mahmoud Salehi,
Mahmoud Salehi is a Bakery worker. He is a
member of the Syndicate of Bakery Workers in the city of Saqez and a member of
the Committee to Cooperate for Building
Workers Organizations. The Iranian
police rushed into his house on 28 of April 2015 and looted his personal
belongings such as computer and phone
and took him to the Ministry of Information’s office in Sanandj. After several hours of interrogation, while
blindfolded, earplugged and
handcuffed, he was
transported to a prison run by the same
Ministry in Sanandaj.
Due to public protest,
after 28 days Mahmoud Salehi was transported to the Towhid Hospital while he
was in coma, to treat his kidney. Since he has lost both of his kidneys, he was
released on Bail. In 8 and 20thof
August 2015, he was trialed on the
following chargers:
“membership in the Komalah Organization, propaganda against
the Iranian political system, act against national security, disturbing the public
order, membership in the Committee to Follow up to Form Workers’ Organizations,
encouraging workers to go on strike, participation in May Day gatherings , participation in demonstration
in front of governmental institutions, planning for demonstrations, attempting
to help building workers’ organizations, and participating in seminars abroad.
On September 16, 2015 he
was again summoned by the court and was sentenced to 9 years prison. He was not
even allowed to get a copy of the court’s verdict. Despite the fact that he
lost both of his kidneys and that he has to receive dialysis treatment twice a week , Mahmoud Salehi is waiting to
serve nine years of jail. It's worth
stating that so far Mahmoud Salehi has been imprisoned more than four times. His is in need of more international support
than any time before.
We, the members of the
Committee to Support Sharoukh Zamani, would appreciate your support and
reiterate that in addition to the above two workers activists, a number of workers and teachers
are currently imprisoned by the Islamic Republic of Iran. Among them are : Mohammad
Jarahi, Saeed Sheerzad, Behnam EbrahimZadeh, Mehdi Shandiz, Esmaeil Abdi, Rasoul Bodaghi, Aliakbar Baghbani,
Abdoulreza Qanbari and … all of whom need support.
